1/4
After a gruelling 12 Hours of racing, #15 Deuces Motorsports Club Oreca LMP2 car takes the class win at the P1LMS 12H Of Sebring.
Congratulations go to Yannick, Adam and Patrick, for a wonderful end of season drive.
Its been a tough year on and off the track, but this proves what can been achieved when everything falls into place. We can't thank Yannick enough for a monster drive, with great work f
#15 avoided the opening lap collisions to move up the field and with great management soon ended up in P2 behind GOTeam Racing.
Soon the daylight gave way to long shadows and then into the night.
Temperatures remained high. Adam drove a triple stint on hard tires which gave the team a chance of claiming the win.
Traffic management as always in Multi-Class racing is key to any success. Experience is essential to understanding this aspect. Not taking undue risks helps you to stay out of trouble and risk an incident which could cause possible damage! Or worse still a penalty, because of misunderstanding a situation and causing damage to your car and another teams car!
Turn 1 where #15 narrowly avoided being collected in someone else's incident!
From then on they managed to stear well clear of any more dangerous situation. And with Dylan engineering the car, the guys new exactly what was needed at what was happening around them.
Out in the lead, and Yannick is settling into his monster stint!
Last lap, to a well deserved victory. With Yannick at the wheel to take the chequered flag.
Post race thoughts from Adam summed this race up 'no words to express the drive you did today. Simply extraordinary man'
Its P2 for the #42 driven by Vojta, Yannick and Juha. Patrick had hardware issues so took on engineer role to let guys get some rest between extended stints. Great job guys
Our #51 driven by Roy, Tonnie, Chris and Pim, came home in P13.
The guys had some problems but rode in the top 10 for a long time until issues hit. Fantastic job, and well done!
